David M. Katz, Psy.D.
Dr. Katz is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been practicing privately since October 2010. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Elon University and his Masters and Doctorate of Psychology from Spalding University. He completed his predoctoral internship at Seacoast Mental Health Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire where he specialized in psychodynamic-relational psychotherapy and psychodynamically-informed assessment.
Dr. Katz specializes in the provision of psychotherapy to adolescent, emerging adult and adult individuals and also couples. Trained as a generalist, Dr. Katz works with a range of clinical issues including, but not limited to:

Dr. Katz is a current member of the Kentucky Psychological Association. Past memberships include the American Psychological Association and Association of Applied Sport Psychology.
Dr. Katz is in-network with the following insurance providers: Anthem/BCBS, Humana, United Behavioral Health/United Healthcare, Aetna, Medicare, and others. Additionally, Dr. Katz will see patients on a sliding scale depending on eligibility.
